Orient Futures Co., Ltd (the Company), founded in 2008, is a futures brokerage firm located in Shanghai, China. Wholly owned by Orient Securities Co., Ltd, Orient Futures has a registered capital of RMB 5 billion, and more than 1000 employees. The Company is primarily engaged in commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment advising, asset management and fund distribution. The company has a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore as well – Orient Futures International (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

Licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under a Capital Market Services (CMS) license, Orient Futures Singapore is a member of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), Asia Pacific Exchange (APEX), and Intercontinental Exchange Singapore (ICE SG).
